Family Foundations is a multi-service agency that provides financial wellness and mental health counseling services to individuals and families in Northeast Florida (Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns and Baker counties). Financial Wellness services consist of credit/budget counseling, debt management programs, pre- and post-purchase housing counseling, homebuyer education, financial education, bankruptcy counseling and education, and foreclosure prevention/intervention counseling. Mental Health services consist of counseling services for individuals and families, group counseling, mental health education, and mental health services to clients of community partners.
